The Downright Austin is one of SXSW Music Festival & Conference’s clubhouse locations, serving as a central gathering spot for music events and showcases during the festival. Acre 41 is about 1.5–2 miles (around 2.5–3.2 km) southwest of Downright — roughly a 5–10 minute drive or about a 30-minute walk between the two locations. That makes it reasonably close for attending SXSW music activities, though not directly adjacent to the official festival hub.
Reservations are not required but highly recommended, especially during peak hours. While we do our best to accommodate all guests, we cannot guarantee seating without a reservation when the restaurant is busy.

Yes. Acre 41 is located in the lobby of the Otis Hotel. Guests dining at Acre 41 receive exclusive parking rates with validation: $15 for valet parking and $10 for self-parking, valid for up to 3 hours.
